Planted 2 flats of seeds. Hopefully I don't kill them this year! (Last year I set them out for some sunshine with the dome still on. Burned them up!)
Did 6 types of tomatoes (green zebras, Cherokee purples, black krim, firecrackers, mountain princess, Roma)
Onions, cucumbers, lettuce, broccoli in the other flat.
Wish me luck!
btw, this chart was really handy to figure out when to start stuff inside and outside (assumes frost date of May 20th, so I adjusted a bit for my region.)
Re: Yay! Seeds started!
So I love your little chart, I think it will come in handy! I live in North East Ca...and last year I started all of my garden outside on May 17 but my pumkins (nor my melons) didn't make it and I was suprised to see that the chart said to start indoors on May 6th for pumpkins. I was thinking about picking up some stuff pretty soon to start my stuff with late production dates.
(I'll buy my tomatoes as starters from a local nursery.)
Good luck!
