3/8 Best meal you had this weekend?

Ok so usually our dining lives are pretty mundane in my household, but we were away for the weekend and had some great meals...

So what was the best thing you ate this weekend?

 

 

The best thing we ate was a duck confit and goat cheese pizza at the Biltmore Estate.  We also had a great Cuban dinner, and we did fondue at home when we got back last night.

Best meal?  Can't say my meals were pretty boring this weekend.

Most of my meals this week were cereal or pasta... We went to Mellow Mushroom and got pizza last night though. So I guess that.

Hmm...we didn't have anything too interesting this weekend. I made a BBQ chicken pizza last night that was pretty good, so I guess that would be my pick of the weekend!

MrsZ, your meals sound awesome! I'm jealous.

We were at Kanuga in Hendersonville, NC for a church parish retreat.  The food is not that great, but their chicken dinner on Saturday was pretty good.  We also went out for ice cream that night, so that was actually my favorite
