XP: Online Plant Sites
I'm going to need about 15 hedge type plants for the side of my property. I was hoping to find a website that might be more budget friendly.
I can't imagine going to a local place would be cheaper, they all seem so expensive.
Any recs?

http://www.jungseed.com/ ships nationally but is local to me. There prices are very reasonable but I don't know how much shipping would be. Otherwise, wait until the flower centers (a tent in a parking lot) start popping up. For us Shopko carries the Proven Winners line of plants (see their website) and more season long places like Home Depot have a lot of selection.
See if you can contact a local garden club in your area. I just found mine and they were a wealth of knowledge for inexpensive plants. They know when all the sales and plants swaps are.
