MRSD07 and other Greenville/Simpsonville area ladies
Who do you have for garbage removal? I don't think our new house is actually in Simpsonville city limits so we have to get someone like Waste Management etc.
And if you don't mind my asking, how much do you pay?

We use Waste Management and it's only $15 a month. You have to pay for 3 months at a time, so $45 every 3 months. I was shocked when we moved into our home....cheaper than I expected!
Ours is through Waste Management too. I think it's around $45-50/month. When you call and give them your address they'll tell you all the #'s and such.
Can't wait till you all move in!!

I called and they were supposed to call me back.. They failed miserably at calling when they were supposed to.
We should close and get the keys tomorrow morning MrsD! Then we'll practically be neighbors!

I wish I'd kept the card of the guy I called last July-he was really helpful-I think he was the area manager or something.

UGH so our agent called today to tell us that the waste company we HAVE to go with is waste management... so I call them. You all were right $15 a month plus an environmental fee, you pay quarterly, blah blah.
I go to give them my address... THEY DONT SERVICE THE AREA.
SERIOUSLY sometimes I think my realtor just pulls answers out of her @$$.
So we had our final walkthrough tonight and I took a picture of the garbage can cause it had the phone number of the previous waste disposal company. I'll call tomorrow.
That's just odd!! Oh well, hopefully the company that services your area (the current trash can company) will continue to take care of all that.
