Don't you hate this??
Don't you hate when you're looking for something and can't find it anywhere, yet when you're NOT looking for it you see it everywhere? Having that issue today.
I'm making Brazilian Chicken Pot Pies (based on something that sounded scrumptious on Best Thing I Ever Ate - Comfort Foods) and DH wanted me to make individual ones. So I went off looking for some large ramekins. Can't find them ANYWHERE. Went to Target, BB&B, Marshall's, Tuesday Morning and Pier 1.
GRR!! I'll just have to use one of the little ramekins I use for creme brulee for the blog picture and regular oven-safe soup bowls for the others.
