Please recommend your female OB
I?m having a hard time finding a female OB that?s comes highly recommended ? does anyone have any suggestions? I live in the East Orlando area. Thanks a bunch!
Re: Please recommend your female OB
I have been seeing Dr. Kareem at Partners in Women's Healthcare for five years, including through my pregnancy. I actually really like all of the Dr.'s in the practice. Their main office is on Corrine (near Baldwin Park) but I'm pretty sure they have an office in Oviedo also. Their website address is www DOT partnersinwomenshealthcare DOT com.
Several other ladies on this board see the doctors in the practice as well, so I think you would get good recommendations from them, too. Good luck!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Durkee. She is awesome! Actually, all of the doctors and PAs there are wonderful. I don't have anything bad to say about any of them.
I always highly recommend Dr. Parmalee Thatcher and Dr. Emma Fritz. They are in the same practice, but Dr. Thatcher works out of downtown, while Dr. Fritz is in Waterford Lakes. They are both on the young side, with children of their own.
I originally went to them from recommendations of the nurses at my GP's office, and I'm so glad I found them. They handled the complications with my pregnancy wonderfully. The nurses at Winnie Palmer liked them too, which I think says alot about their personalities.
It is a smaller practice with 3 OBs, which I think is a huge positive when you are pregnant. I never wanted to work with a larger practice...it's harder to get to know the doctors and you never know who might show up on your delivery day. lol
