EF Acne Products?

Please recommend some EF Acne products.  My skin is breaking out like crazy right now...ugh, damn PG hormones!

I don't want to try OCM because anytime I point anything oil based on my skin I have horrible reactions...so I don't want to try that until I don't have to work - so maybe maternity leave I'll give it a shot.  I just need something for the meantime so I don't look like an unwed teen mom since I also can't wear my wedding rings...Oh the looks I get in public ha ha. Stick out tongue  More just so I don't feel utterly craptastic about my own appearance.

TIA!

Re: EF Acne Products?

  • I have been using some essential oils - tea tree oil and lavender mixed with vitamin e oil.  I mix the vitamin e oil as the base since you do not need much tea tree and lavender for it to work. Hope this helps!

I do this but use avocado oil.

  • For spot treatment, I use Natures Gate Organics Acne Treatment...it works wonders! (it has salycic acid in it, which is a must for me when I'm breaking out)

  • I just bought Nelson's Pure and Clear face wash from Whole Foods.  I love it for those times I need to clear up some pimples.  Nothing bad in it either.  Pretty gentle too as in my face isn't drying up but it does get rid of the pimples.
  • A drop of tea tree oil is my go to.
  • i started using the desert essence tea tree oil pads daily a year ago, and i have not had a breakout since. i highly recommend them.

  • I add a few drops of TTO to my regular face moisturizer.  I also exfoliate regularly with a fruit mask.  Makes such a difference.
