Finally ordered a washer!
After almost a week's worth of looking... and looking... and looking, I have become a connessiuer (sp) of washing machines. I thought I knew a decent amt before, but now... ahhh...
And the cheap (frugal) person that I/we am/are... I managed an awesome deal on a front loader!! Coming tomorrow! Whoo hoo! Yah for appliance 'connections'! (being the Gemini that I am... I went to Lowe's, HD, Sears, Sears Outlet, my work, and finally, a local appliance place)
(note: wound up with a Maytag lower level front loader... choice 2 would have been a top loader WITH aggitator-that thingy that sticks up in the center...)
AND... our electric co sends out rebates if you get an Energy Efficient washer! Extra $75!

(side vent...our washer that's been broken for over 2 weeks was supposed to be fixed tomorrow. BUT since it doesn't seem like the parts are being delivered today (and because their system is stupid and doesn't seem like it tracks anything), I'm sure the fix appointment is going to be pushed back even further. UGH I just want to do my own damn laundry at my own damn house already. Sorry, vent over).

...and it's sad that I was all excited picking out new detergent for it, too! (cause you gotta use the HE type of detergent...) crazy...
Can't wait to read the instructions tonight and get some whites done! I'm desperate...
