Foundation & plumber rec?
Ahhh... Matt and I want to shoot ourselves and really wish we were renting and/or living in a cardboard box right now. It appears we have a slab leak, maybe two... we're talking thousands and thousands of $$$$$ here... We first need to get our foundation fixed and then we'll need an excellent plumber that has slab leak & drilling experience (not your run of the mill toilet clog plumber...)
?Sooo.... does anyone have a foundation company they would rec? Or a plumber??
?T H A N K S!!!?

Re: Foundation & plumber rec?
I was wondering how this whole thing was coming along. Did you find out if your homeowner's insurance would cover any of it?
I asked my coworker and she recommended J&M Plumbing. The guy's name is Jesse and the number is 389-0950. He apprearantly also does all the Bill Millers.
You poor thing! I was just on another message board (DH and I are moving to SA this week and have been doing some research) and was reading a sad story about someone having major plumbing/foundation problems and realized you must be the same person!
Since I'm new to the area, I don't have any specific recommendations, but I was also going to recommend Angie's List. You can get a month to month subscription for a really small sum.
I just did a quick check, and there are lots of rated companies for both, and some even offer discounts if you're a member of the site. I would offer to look for you, but movers are coming Thursday and I won't have computer access for a few days. However, if you've got a specific company you'd like me to look up for you, I'll do my best to check.
Good luck!
Lauren - another coworker was talking about his foundation repair he just had done during lunch. He was really happy with the company he used and said they were also the cheapest (around 10K the next was 16 and he got up to 22). It's Arrendono and the number is 645-6811. Here's their website as well http://www.arredondogroup.com/
Good luck with everything!
When I worked for Diamante Custom Homes we only used one company for flatwork and foundations. I believe the name was VR Construction and the main guy was Marcario. Give Diamante a call and see if they can't help you.

Just let them know you need some recommendations.
