Yup that's it! The version I have, when you print it out though, the pages don't line up back to back. I fiddled with it for quite a while so that when you print it out, the pages line up back to back and it's the right size to fit in your purse and be readable. This looks updated though, maybe they fixed that problem. I printed and cut the pages out and had Kinko's laminate and bind it for me. My paper guides fall apart after a few uses, this has held up for months.
