My Daddy's BBQ Ribs
Grill baby back ribs on a charcoal grill - low and slow for an hour or more. (never boil, broil, or tenderize)
Homemade Sauce
2-3 cups Open Pit BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 - 1 stick butter
1/2 cup pineapple preserves (orange or apricot works too)
Squeeze of katsup "to taste"
Combine in a pot, bring to a simmer for 15 minutes, dip ribs into sauce 2 times during last 15 minutes of cooking.
YUM!

Chicken and Shrimp Eggrolls
I made them last night with some mai fun and they were devine. I've been making them since I was a little girl and they are by far a family favorite. I usually make close to 40 of them at a time and they are usually gone that night. Recipe is a secret though....sorry.
My mom's sticky buns! People go nuts for them. Often imitated, rarely duplicated. I'd give the recipe, but people never seem to get it quite right. I've even had a few flops!

I love smelling them bake and decorating them, but most of all I LOVE eating them.
I also love making, and eating, a Loaded Baked Potato for me and my mamma. It's our thing.
Hrmmm this is hard for me. I reallllly love to bake and I really love to cook!
