Jacksonville - Tailor recommendation
My sister lives in Jacksonville and it looking for a tailor for her wedding dress. She got married in December and is having the big party Memorial Day weekend....but found out she is pregnant and will be 4 months along by the time the party rolls around. She's not sure if her dress can be altered or if she should look for a new dress (yes, the pregnancy was a surprise!).
