Clicky Poll: WWYD re: DIY Lawn treatments ??
This year I need to treat the lawn for fleas, plus I want to do a weed & feed treatment.
Background:
re: fleas - 2+ years of having bad flea problems on all pets. Need to treat the yard to try to limit the amount that get on the animals.
re: weeds - yard is probably over 50% crab grass, dandelions, and other weeds, looks awful
Both treatments say to start at the same time of year, both need multiple treatments. Neither makes any mention of what to do if you're doing multiple treatments on your lawn. I don't want one to counteract the other.[Poll]
Re: Clicky Poll: WWYD re: DIY Lawn treatments ??
And I 'treat' the yard with compost tea, cheap, and better than 'feed' and keeps a healthier lawn which is better against weeds, and doesn't get ingested by your children, as chemical lawn treatments do. As for weeds, pick 'em, or use corn meal once your lawn has germinated.
