Is it true that men that take Vitamins help the sperm flow?

I know this is one of the stupiest question.

I've never heard that, but it doesn't sound unreasonable.  I have no idea what vitamins might help, but I'm sure google knows.

DH took his vitamins a little more religiously...but it's probably not totally necessary. He also stayed away from hot tubs and used a pillow under his laptop when he was using it on the couch...don't wanna cook those little wigglers :P

Also it's not a good idea for men to carry their cell phone in their front pocket.  Can also damange the spermies.

My mom says she heard that women should follow this as well. Not sure where, she watches those doctor talk shows
