function resetForm(formId) { var form = document.getElementById(formId); if(form) { form.reset(); } }Following up on the T.O. story from earlier today, it looks as if the Bengals are not going to extend an offer for his services. It was just recently announced that wide receiver Antonio Bryant, has just signed a four-year deal worth $28 million. This comes as a shock, considering it happened on the same day Terrell Owens has visiting. The deal will likely be announced officially, later Wednesday or Thursday. head coach Marvin Lewis is currently out of town at meetings.
Bryant will likely see a lot of action as the number two receiver this season for Cincinnati. If he can remain healthy, he should be able to put up similar numbers to his 2008 career season. This is a big if, but an if none-the-less that the Bengals were willing to take a chance on.
Antonio Bryant was a stand-out receiver at Pitt during his college career, and ending up a second round draft pick of the Dallas Cowboys in 2002. Bryant was traded from the Cowboys to the Cleveland Browns in 2004, for wide receiver Quincy Morgan. After a two year stay in Cleveland, Bryant was signed by the 49ers as a free agent in 2006. Bryant never worked out with then head coach, Mike Nolan, getting released before the 2007 season.
Bryant then faced some personal issues and was eventually reinstated into the league. He signed a veteran league minimum contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008, and had a career year. At the end of the 2008 season, Bryant was given the franchise tag for 2009, and then released this offseason, after a subpar 2009, where he was nagged with a knee injury.
Much like the Bengals passing game, Bryant will be looking to move on after a disappointing year last season.

Re: Stupid Bengals
Sounds like he will fit right in. I'm actually glad that they didn't sign TO., he's an incredibly disruptive person to have in your locker room.
THIS. Keep him away from my team... I think he's overrated anyway.
He may just be what is needed, you never know. Last year at this time I would have said that Ced Benson was the last thing we needed, and look at how that turned out.
