They recently did a "Parents buying guide" for products used on kids.  They listed the greenest products based on how easy there are to find.  I wish they would do this with the adult products.  I want to purchase products that I can find at my local stores...not have to buy online.  Is there an easier way to sort through that site, that I'm missing?

  • Call EWG's office in D.C. and ask them.  I interviewed for the job of answering the phone to reply to questions about where to find stuff on their website.  They have staff members devoted to getting you the info you're looking for.  I *love* EWG and would have loved to take that job, but the commute was too long and the pay too low b/c they're a non-profit.  Had I actually lived in D.C. and not the suburbs I would have accepted in a nanosecond.
