I've been trying to track down the house pictures online all day. Prior to the sellers signing the papers they took down all the ads & pictures. These people are serious!!!
1692 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dining room, family room, nice backyard. It has 12x12 tile throughout the entire living, dining, & family room. I hate the tile. Its painted an ugly rusty orange color too. All cosemtic things we can fix.
The masterbath has lovely fruit tile on the counter. I'm not sure where these people got fruit belongs in the bathroom lol. The master bedroom is the size of our apartment lol
I haven't been in love with this house because I didn't want to get my hopes up. I'm falling in love and just so excited. Fingers crossed all the inspections go well!
Re: House Details
fruit tile in the bathroom? god bless'em lol
I'm so excited for you! fingers and toes crossed! (Gio's too ;] )
It's amazing what some of the houses on the market are like. I look for fun just to keep an eye on the market since we're hoping to buy next year, but I've seen more houses than I care to count that had wood paneling in a room/the basement. WOOD PANELING!!!! Awful, awful, awful. That would be the first thing to get fixed for me.
Anyway, fingers crossed everything goes well! Cosmetic things are no problem.
Sounds lovely! Except for the fruit!
Maybe it was to remind them of the song...Beans beans, the magical fruit, the more you eat, the more you toot!

The roof inspection was suppose to be yesterday, but it was raining all day. I am not sure if they were able to inspect anything. Monday is the termite inspection. The appraisal is next week and then the home inspection. There is a small part on the back of the roof we are questioning, so this is why the roof is done first. If it's a huge mess then we can back out before we pay for too many inspections.
