Rose help
I'm a novice gardener and this is my first Spring with Rose bushes. Can you give me advice on when to take off their winter cover? (if it makes any difference, I covered them with burlap sacks filled with mulch). I am zone 4.
I've tried looking online, but I am only finding information on pruning.
