I suck this month. . .
B: Frosted Flakes
L: probably a toasted tuna sandwhich or PB&J and an apple
A: sitting in a car for 4 hours to get to MIL's, but I'll get lots of activity helping her move this weekend. She lives on the second floor, and there are lots of stairs!
Yesterday - ate ok but not stellar, and no activity because I went to a girls' night with my sis
I suck this month too. =(
B - coffee
L - leftover chinese
D - no clue but I want something yummy and probably not good for me
Y - i ate light. I had sushi but only ate a small amount and then a light late dinner
A - NOTTADAMNTHING
B- Eggbeaters and skinny bun sammich w cheese. OJ and coffee
S-70% chocolate thingy
L-Taboulah (?) with feta and tomatoes and cucumbes... prob something else w it... Didn't realize the parsley in this thing when I went to Farmer's Market.
S-IDK... I have some frozen berries in the fridge here...
D-the last of the Mex tortilla chicken soup... with quinoa.
A-Strength-cardio mix. and possibly a few beers in celebration of DH potentially getting his brown belt tonight!!
B: Yogurt
L: Attempting tilapia with rice
Workout: Roller skating if possible -- depends on how I feel.
Yesterday: I did lots of lifting and running around while we set up our roaster and making our first few batches.
B- fresh berry and yogurt smoothie & coffee
L- "reduced guilt" frozen lunch from trader joes
D- I would LOVE my hubby to take me out hint hint.. .
S- not sure, pita chips and baby carrots maybe?
