Soooo WE'RE HAVING A BABY...

Tomorrow night around 5, we are going into the hospital to begin the inducing process.  Dr. P is going to insert the cervadel tomorrow night and then Dr. W is going to come in and speed things up Thursday morning.  Sooo by Thursday night (hopefully....) i'll be the mom to 4 boys!!! YAY!!!

Though, now i am getting scared!  I have ASKED to be in pain.  Its much more scary I think when you KNOW that it is coming...  I wanted to do it with out an epi, so i am hoping things just progress VERY well and it isnt a long long labor.  We'll see though!  Dr. W is guessing he'll be around 8lbs 4 oz right now.  The ultrasound said 9lbs 2 oz.  So he's going to be fairly big I think.  OH boy! Wish me luck!

Re: Soooo WE'RE HAVING A BABY...

  • That settles it, I guess!  I won't be seeing you before you have this baby!  LOL!

Best wishes for a quick induction.....It's #4, theoretically at least, he should just pop right out easily!  Although, my second labor was an induction and it was twice as difficult as the first one - you never know, I guess!

I'll be thinking good thoughts for you and sending speedy labor dust your way!!  Good luck Jess!!!

  • Good luck!  I hope everything goes smoothly and you can look back and laugh at your fears!!
  • OMG Jess, I can't believe that you are going to have this baby boy so soon.  I can't wait to see pictures.

Sending you lots of speedy & easy labor dust!

  • That's so exciting! I'll be working downstairs while you are having/had a baby! I'm glad Dr. W is delivering! I puffy heart him...as you all know!

  • sure you dont want to have him today?????  aug 19th is the best day for a bday! (im biased though)  ;)

gl tomorrow!  speedy labor dust your way!!!!!!!

  • Good luck!!!  = )

  • Best wishes!! I hope your induction and labor and delivery all go well!! GL with having a non-medicated birth, I'm rooting for you to do it! It was so very much what I wanted, but I just couldn't handle the pitocin....but no matter what happens to you, I wish for you to have a nice healthy baby boy in the end :) You'll do great!
  • Thanks for all the support girls! It means a ton to me!!  The "scared" feeling has worn off a little bit, but im still anxious.  I have to pack a bag now, and I have not packed a bag in 5 years now... haha!  Man.... what have i gotten myself into?
