Hi there
This is my very first thread here. I've been reading through some of the previous posts, and I thought it would be nice for me to introduce myself.
I'm Val, from the Richmond, and just recently married. We bought an old fixer-upper right before the wedding and got started working on it, right after the wedding. We (and by we, I mean the DH) has two cats that cover every available inch with cat hair. We love to hang out and grill in the summer time and can often be found in front of some sports game.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you ladies and maybe meeting some new friends!

Hey! I'm new here, too (just moved here from Florida in January). I've been trying to plan get together events, and we've had 4-5 people at the two we've had so far. We are hoping to plan a winery tour or something like that soon. This board isn't very active, but you can send me a message with your email address so I can include you on the group emails. Of course, I'll post it on the board, too, but most of us check our email more than we check the board.
I look forward to meeting you soon!
