i have sprouts!

I'm very new to gardening (obviously, since otherwise I wouldn't be so shocked) and am geekishly excited about this!!

Now to keep them alive the rest of the time, lol. Granted, I tried plants that practically grow themselves so I can't take much credit but this is a big accomplishment for me. I've never had much luck with plants. :)

  • Me, too, and I am so excited! I am doing the paper towel method for indoor seed starting and am tickled to see some action.

  • jealous!  as much as I love our house we don't really get much sunlight in here so we don't start our garden from seed.  makes me want to build a greenhouse in the backyard, hehe.

  • I was starting to worry about my sweet peas but they started coming up yesterday. I planted them directly in the ground.

  • Me too! I just started my seeds last weekend, and about half of them have sprouts now that just came up in the last 24 hours.
