Help me pick house colors
Hello ladies! I'm happy to announce that DH and I finally closed on our new home. We want to paint the exterior, but are having trouble picking colors. So this is a two part poll.
1) We want a black or red door. Which do you like?
2) So once you pick a door color, what colors would you use for the house, trim, and roof? (We have a flat tile roof)

we had a red door growing up, and I loved it. it's fun and unique
I personally like both colors, it depends on the exterior of the house. Red doors look good with houses with darker roofs and a tan/beige exterior. I would paint the wood frame white around it. Black doors look good on more Spanish style homes with terracotta roofs or dark rooks and I would keep the trim around it black.
Either way you can't go wrong and I think it'll look beautiful. Congratulations on your new home!
I like both, but I think I prefer red doors.
I put a pic of my brother's house on your FB wall, they have a red door with grayish/beige shutters and windows. I love it!
