House Warming
We really wanna have a house warming party, but want to wait till we get the backyard chaos under control first (our house was a rent house for a couple years therefore the backyard is WAY over grown.) How long is to long to wait to throw one?

yeah imo its fine to wait until everything is done, within 1 year.
i think i read somewhere that the HW parties are traditionally 6mo to a year after move-in
