How many hot tray's for 60 plus people?
How many hot tray's of food would you do for between 60 and 70 people?
I have ton's of small cold platters... how much should I do for hot?
It is my dd first b-day party, and there will be about 7 kids there.

What are you serving?
Say if you are doing some like a pasta dish. 1 tray per 30ish people. So 2 should do it. So I would just double up on everything for the amount of people you have.
Ditto. It's impossible to be able to give you an idea of how many you'll need when we don't know how large they are and how much food can fit on them.
