Another Offer Placed
This place is in the same condition and price range as Mesa Alta, but MUCH bigger. We saw it today. It is next door to the house we saw with the crazy paint (bigger than that one, too). The short sale was just approved by the bank and the owners are choosing the winning offer tonight!
We have about two weeks to back out, in case Fern Hollow, my Barbie Drea House, comes through. And if we don't get this one, we can still get Mesa Alta - but we like this one better than Mesa Alta.

I should have added that the master has a giant walk in, a small walk out balcony (maybe expandable?), and a small sitting room that is perfect for a nursery or a reading room or an office (and there's an amazing 6 person hot tub that they may or may not leave behind in the back yard with an enclosed state of the art gazebo).
I am not in love with the bathrooms or the paved back yard, but the kitchen is nice and big and the rooms are all good sized.
It does need carpet, paint, new closet doors and new kitchen appliances.
Good Luck! That is a nice sized house! Are the back yards of the other two houses that small? I am sure that you could eventually have the patio removed and have grass laid.

Me too! I hope the barbie dream house comes through...what the HECK is taking them so long? Both of the other ones are great though!
