Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just noticed your post-spin sugar post. Yes, try some lowfat chocolate milk. It hydrates you faster than water or sports drinks and also replenishes the muscles that you just broke down. Plus, it does give you that satifying feeling of having sugar.

OH thank you so much, that is a FANTASTIC idea! I love chocolate milk, I wouldn't have guessed that to be ok for me (I know, low fat!!)
On a side note, I am in a contest at the gym with a partner and we have to lose 2 lbs. a week.. neither one of us lost a pound this week. hmm oopss!! but we did hold the same from last week.
