Well that's good news, but the damage is already done. Even if the Justice Dept. wins, Monsanto just pays a bunch of money. The article doesn't say Monsanto would get split up into smaller companies or dismantled completely. They own the vast majority of the seed market from swallowing up smaller seed companies, that can't be undone. And every time I read the percentage of corn and soybeans that are GMO it gets higher:
