I am so proud of myself, it's been 2 weeks with no fast food!
The only time I bought dinner last week was at central market and I don't really consider that fast food. It's all organic and fresh! I am so proud of myself, this has never happened. Food Inc has really opened my eyes and my DH thinks I am obsessed which I am, but it's a good think right?
Re: I am so proud of myself, it's been 2 weeks with no fast food!
I would say cutting back on fast food is a good thing. I do not understand how people eat it all the time. I only eat it about once a month and that is usually if we are traveling.
Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
Way to go!
I have cutout eating Taco Bell and other fast food places like that and have started going to Panda Express or Subway/Quiznos. Those places are still fast food, but at least it is still fresh.

Good for you! We have been 100% fast food (and chain restaurant) free for over a year now. It was soooo hard at first, but it does get easier. I equate it to quitting smoking or some other habit. Maybe there should be a 12 step?
Hello, my name is Bob and I am a fast-food-aholic. I have been Miccie-D's free for 2 weeks.....
LOL
Great news!
I usually eat fast food about 5 times during the year here (Subway and a Swedish hamburger chain that even climate compensates their whole menu) and 4-5 times during my 2 week annual States trip.
