I have a Canon Rebel xs. It has live view in some modes, but not all of them. I use the view finder for everything because it's easier.
The problem I'm running into, is that the image I see in the view finder is NOT the image that the camera takes. If I carefully frame my subject and take the picture, the actual picture taken includes more on the sides of the frame, and less on the bottom.
Has anyone else had this issue? I just don't understand the point of "SLR" of you can't even see what you're really taking a picture of. Yeah, I can go through and crop all my pictures, but I just want to take the picture right in the first place.
Re: Annoyed with my DSLR
Oh that just sucks!
You would think that's a feature most people would want if they're spending the money on a DSLR!
