tomato plant upside down thingy
Ok so I had the delusion that I was going to start garden this spring/summer but I know myself and I wont keep it up but I did want to grow some tomatoes...I was going to buy that upside down tomato thing for my porch...anyone have it? like it? does it draw animals? do the tomatoes taste ok?

Dude - haven't you noticed the one hanging on my porch all winter? The dirt inside is froze and it's too heavy for me to lift and take down - lol!
Well last year was the first year using it. It did okay I suppose. If I do it again this year I'll start with a larger tomato plant. I'm much prefer to plant it in the ground but we have way too many rabbits, it would never last.
I had one last year too but it kind of sucked, mostly because of me though. We moved, I didn't water it enough. I have grand ideas of gardening too.
You can however make your own, using buckets...

I plan to give it another shot this year. And you can grow other plants in them as well, I think eggplant, peppers, etc.
They do get super heavy!
