Re: who wants to play house shopping?

  • I really like the last one, Crystal St and W. North Ave in no particular order.

It's so neat to see the different housing types around the country.  We have nothing like the houses that you or Aria posted here in DE.

    Good luck house hunting!

  • I like the little brick house but mostly because it's cute!
  • 1822 W Thomas

    1918 N. Oakley (i love this kitchen!)

and 2041 W Division...something about this one just speaks to me.

    SO EXCITING!

Yeah me too, the kitchen, bathroom, outside and neighborhood.  I love everything about this one! lol

  • 1&2- Very modern and pretty. Love all the light.

3- Looks very homey & cozey.

4- LOVE the closet, this one looks homey too.

    5- Love the kitchen.

    6- Open and beautiful view.

7- Very Modern, not really my style, but I like the deck.

8- I like this one. Homey but looks like it's right in town. I think this is my fav also.

    JMOs....GL house hunting!!

  • I actually think they're all nice.  I think W. Thomas, W. Division, and W. North Ave stand out for me though.  If I had to pick, the one at the bottom of my list would be N. Damen Ave because of the exposed vents and pipes (and I think there's a wall that doesn't go up to the ceiling), but those are design features that aren't really my thing.  Looks like you have a lot of great contenders already!  I hope when you see them in person you find something fabulous!  Lots of luck and happy hunting Smile

  • How fun!  Welcome to the adventure...

I like Division because I always thought it would be cool to live above shops like those.  I also like the decks and the doors.

I think Thomas is a great space!  The loft, the views and the giant master... wow.  Probably my favorite.

I also think Crystal is really lovely.  That closet is great and the doors there are beautiful, too.

  • They all look awesome, but my favorites were Wabansai, Crystal, and 1918 N Oakley :)
