Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Has anyone purchased the name change kit from The Knot or any other website? If so, did you think it was worth it? I'm trying to do all my name changes in the next week or so, so I'm trying to find the easiest to do it all at once. TIA!

Re: Name change kit
I used www.bridelaw.com (I think I posted this last week). It's free and tells you a list of all the things to change and has direct links to the Soc Secruity Forms, IRS forms, passport forms, etc. I found it helpful.
Thanks ladies!

PP's are correct. Definitely not worth the money.
FYI, when it comes to credit cards, debit/bank cards, car insurance, etc. you may need copies of your marriage license. Just order a certified copy (or two) from your county clerk, and then make photocopies of it to give out when needed to the various companies as you go about changing names on all your cards. I know I had to provide a few photocopies of the license for my various credit and bank cards.
