    B - Poptart and cup of coffee

    L - Healthy Choice Steamer

    S - snowball Embarrassed i HAD to have it

    D - Coy is cooking cajun spaghetti and we are having people over.  Maybe I will have more salad than sketti and only one glass of wine....we shall see how that goes

    A - drinking my wine.

    B-Greek yogurt w cereal

    S-banana

    L-turkey spinach rollup lasagne, more spinach.

    S-(hungry!) apple, RF triscuits, square of some nasty choc-not liking this new brand

    D-Spicy Beef Tenderloin in a crock--if it works!

    A-C25K-Week 5... again.   can't get past week 5... I may do it while SD rides her bike next to me. She may be my new incentive... plus, I have a new podcast for it that plays some funky music...

    (no wine unless DH got some good stuff-this other stuff I wanted to try is crap)

  • B- egg white omelet, V8 low-sodium

    S- plain ff greek yogurt, apple

    L- 3 wg Wasa crackers, Larabar, baby carrots

    S- dark chocolate, cashews, quinoa w/veggies, juice

    D- no farkin clue

    A- none

    I really hope DH gets home at a decent time today because, as per all the weirdness and sh!t I've been eating the past few days, we have NOTHING to eat in the house.  DH can fare better than I can...but since my normal diet relies heavily on produce and it all went bad, I've been picking at whatever I can.  UGH, I need groceries.

    D- Don't know we're going out with some friends and eating at Cracker Barrel. So probably nothing good for me.

  • B: whole wheat toast with pb, coffee

    L: cup of tortilla soup without the tortillas (weird, I know), side salad with lovely, unhealthy ranch dressing

    D: Sauteed chicken/pineapple/bacon sausage with bell peppers and onions over penne.

    A: Making the car bomb cupcakes and pre-baking the beer braised short ribs for tomorrow night's dinner!!!

    My meals are going to be so weird and unhealthy for the rest of the month. We're eating out half of the time, to catch one last dinner or lunch with friends, and the rest of the time we're trying to clear out out freezer and pantry. We're officially cancelling our gym membership in CA, since we know there is no way we're going to make it back there before we move. We're having great weather, so we're going to try to sneak in some walks or bike rides instead.
