  • B-skinny bun egg sandwich, some coffee

    S-banana

    L-turkey lasagne rollup w extra spinach, tons of crystal light, apple

    S2-IDK... Greek Yogurt... can't remember what I brought

    D-leftovers? Made some Tangy (crock pot) Pot Roast, maybe O'Douls

    Yesterday, I did C25K-W5D1... again... AND rode bikes w SD to the playground and back.  Gah-almost fell off!

    A-strength training, but might also do some speed walking since it's gorgeous out!

  • B- egg white omelet, Trader Joe's Very Green juice

    S- 3 gummy bears (I couldn't help it), 1 wg Wasa cracker

    L- vegetarian chili w/some cheese, spinach salad w/tomato, cucumber, and trying out TJ's Orange Champagne vinegar on top

    S- plain ff greek yogurt w/raspberries

    D- not sure, maybe some quinoa w/vegetables

    A- none today

    Yesterday- did pretty well, except for snacking on more than I planned during the afternoon since my lunch was unsatisfying.  But, I had a tiny dinner, so I hope that counteracted the snack(s).

  • B: Raisin Bran, green tea, and an Irish Car Bomb Cupcake!

    L: Tomato and roasted red pepper soup, salad

    D: Guinness-braised short ribs with veggies on egg noddles, soda bread, beer

    Sweet: MORE cupcakes!

    A: Stuff my face with the awesome cupcakes!

  • I've been bad about this lately, but I can't really eat much right now.

    Breakfast:  Cheerios w/ Smart Balance skim milk (very yummy if you haven't tried it)

    Snack:  Saltines, banana, Special K Bar

    Lunch:  Honey Wheat Bagel w/ low fat cream cheese, apple slices w/ natural peanut butter

    Snack:  jelly beans (these actually make me feel better), saltines, dried fruit

    Dinner:  Probably toast, cottage cheese, and V8 Fusion

    Activity:  Try to stay awake past 8pm.

    L - not sure yet....probably my healthy choice steamer
