We bought a Wii and a Wii Fit while in Atlanta and I am IN LOVE! It's probably the coolest video game ever and the Wii Fit really is a motivator to work out. I am SORE for doing it 3 days in a row for an hour
It takes your weight and BMI and tracks your progress. It's pretty freaking awesome although, I weighed myself Sunday night and Friday when we got our own Wii, it said I had gained 7 pounds and my BMI increased so I don't know how accurate it is.
I am waiting for my monthly "friend" to come and go before I weigh myself again.
Anyone else have one (a Wii Fit that is!)?
Re: Wii Fit
I love my Wii and Wii Fit! I've only had the Fit for about 3 weeks but so far it's been a motivator. I think to myself before I have any greasy or fatty foods, "what will my wii fit say?"... lol
I hate when I get back on it after a few days and I've gained weight. You have to listen to it lecture you.
Welcome back!!! I love our Wii. We should be getting a WiiFit soon!!
You know we can link the Wii and send emails and stuff through there?!
Hi! Thanks! Yes I do! We are working on fixing our router so we can get on wirelessly. I will have to get your Wii number!
Maybe there is something wrong with mine?! There is no way I gained 7 pounds in 6 days! The first time it was pretty accurate to when I went to the doctors but the other times - NO WAY!
I love my Wii and Wii Fit. The scale has been dead on for me. And yes, I have gained a few and lost a few -- so it is possible for someone to gain 5 to 7 pounds without changing much. It all depends on water weight, what you have eaten, etc.
I haven't gotten bored with it - it is just sometimes hard to make time for it.
I haven't been bored with my Wii Fit. You can unlock new games and advanced modes so it keeps you wanting to play. Once you have unlocked everything I find it is fun to try and beat my husband's score.
You should try weighing yourself on it every day and see if it is consistent.
Wii Fit sounds really cool. But no way are we introducing D to Wii. You guys are already responsible for the Playstation obsession!!!! lol
We got a Fit a few weeks ago and I have yet to use it! Brian used it a couple of times and he loves it.
We got our Wii when I was pregnant and used it a lot at first but now we don't even really use that anymore. Ahhh...we used to have so much free time.
