Yes... unfortunately they weren't offering me enough

I factored in gas and NC State Tax (I work for a company based in FL so I pay the NC Tax separately) and I'd be making way less money if I were to switch.
I told them that I'd love to work for them if they were able to offer a little more, but I haven't heard back from them and it's been about two weeks.
I was a little bummed, but I'm hopeful that another opportunity will come around soon.
How is your job search going? Any promising leads yet?
ETA: I JUST saw you made a post about an interview so I'm going to go check that now... der :P

my job search is basically slow to non-existent right now. i search and there's not much posted, i've seen a HUGE drop in posts the last 2 weeks or so, so it's just getting frustrating. hopefully this job will pull through though!
