Wagstaff's in Colonial Heights
Has anyone ever eaten there? I went there with DH on Monday and the steak was fantastic. It's tiny, very romantic and not as expensive as Firebirds or the Copper Grill.
I haven't hung out much on this board, so I wasn't sure if I should post an intro or not. I guess I can include it in this post. =D
I'm Tweet, from VA. I go to school near Lynchburg and live outside of Colonial Heights with DH and my ILs. I've lived in VA for 11 years. My three featherbabies are our only kids.
Re: Wagstaff's in Colonial Heights
LoL, intros are definitely not a requirement here girlie girl. It's pretty quiet on this board.
Dunno why I had it in my head you were in Hampton, I think I keep getting you mixed up with another MNer even though I have no idea why since you two are pretty different people. Just a bit.
Probably because Hampton is in the tri-city area. I can tell it's quiet, but a welcome change from the events of today.
Believe me, I wish I didn't live here. CH is not my favorite place.
Petersburg is literally less than 5 miles from CH, and DH works in Petersburg. We have to drive past it to get to CH.
If you decide you want to come up in April, let me know! I could do with a trip to Bottoms Up (they closed their Short Pump location), and I haven't been to Maymont in Spring yet.
Doesn't surprise me the Short Pump location closed - I only went there once when the Shockoe location was closed because of that freak hurricane/TD flooded out downtown.
I'll let you know about April, but I am thinking my best w/e will be the 10th - maybe the 24th. Maymont in the spring is gorgeous - spent many a day painting there in college. VCU alumni
