I've been trying to convince myself I didn't need to but my nose won't let me anymore. It's time to start taking my allergy meds again. It seems so early but I guess it makes sense because it's been such a mild winter. I was hoping to avoid taking my meds as much this year due to the pregnancy but I haven't been able to breathe since the weekend and the pressure is driving me nuts so I'm giving in.
Re: Giving in
I'm taking Zyrtec. My Ob has assured me (multiple times) that it is fine. (It's one of the few things I've been obsessive over during the pregnancy.)
I do feel a little better this morning so we'll see how the rest of the day goes. Unfortunately my subconcious was apparently still freaked out at the idea. I had some bizarre and unhappy baby related dreams last night that I'd rather forget.
I'm glad you said that, because Zyrtec is the only thing that works for me anymore, and I was just having this conversation with DH this week about whether or not I would be able to take any allergy meds. I think I'll still check with my doc just in case she can suggest anything else, but it's good to know you already got the OK.
My goodness! Congratulations! I hadn't seen a ticket before today.
