Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: Booo! Can't play hockey this weekend...
Not sure if you ladies know this about me, but I play competetive hockey. Last weekend I injured myelbow in the Championship game of a tournament.
Last night I finally went to the clinic and got the x ray done. She didn't see any breaks, but is having someone else look at the x rays today. Told me there was a bunch of blood around the joint and to continue icing and get in to a physiotherapist next week. (Didn't get the warm & fuzzy feeling that she knew what the problem was.)
Regardless, I'm not to go back to hockey for awhile 
I have 3 playoff games that I'm missing this week. I'm planning to head to a sports injury clinic next week to get a better idea. But hopefully, I'll get this fixed and be ready for our Provincial Championships in April.
