I had to come on here today and see how you are after the news about LeRoi Moore. I'm so sad! DMB just won't be the same without him.

My sister found something about it about 9pm on Tuesday night on some gossip site and I thought no way! I didn't know he was in LA so I thought it was bologna when she told me.
I can't imagine what it's like for the band. With the new baby, you probably didn't get to any shows this year. We saw them with Roi in Chicago a few weeks before the accident and then saw them with the new guy in Indy and Apline Valley and it just isn't the same. I was really bummed because the new guy was showcased way too much for my taste. I heard they are putting a sax on the stage for the rest of the tour in him memory.
On a happier note, how's the baby?!?!? Does he need a DMB onesie? I am ordering one for a co-worker!

haha Actually, we did go to the second Dave show! We asked my SIL to babysit when the tickets first went on sale. I figured that by then, I might be ready for a night out. It just was dumb luck that he came three weeks early and so he was nearly 2 months instead of just 6 weeks. It was nice that he was a bit older. All that said, I was a little disappointed in the show. The setlist was boring, and Dave just didn't seem that into it. Did you go both nights?
The baby is great, thank you! He is getting so big so fast! It was a rough couple of months getting him all figured out but I think we have a good routine going. And I'm back at work, which has helped me to feel a bit more normal. Actually, I ordered the 2005 Stand Up tour patch when I found out I was pregnant and made him a onesie. Who knew that DMB would put out their own!
