Good morning! It was absolutely beautiful this weekend...I wish it were still Saturday.
I had a pretty good weekend. A stupid realtor called at 1pm on Saturday and wanted to show our house at 3pm the same day. Um, no. She then failed to call us back to reschedule. We called the realtor who came for a showing on Tuesday for feedback and he also has yet to call us back. Gee...thanks for being nice even though I rearranged my whole schedule to do the showing.
I'm dreading this week and can't wait for it to be over. Tons of meetings today and a huge presentation on Thursday in DC. I'm taking Friday off and not doing anything related to work.
How was everyone else's weekend? Did you get outside to enjoy the weather?

Morning. If the weather was still nice, I would have considered calling out today! It was perfect this weekend. We did get outside quite a bit. Saturday, I took Jack for a walk to the local coffee place. Then we met 2 of my friends for lunch at Seasons 52, and we sat outside. Then we went for another walk later on Saturday once H got home.
Yesterday, we took Jack to the park. He loved the swing. I can't wait to take him again. I posted pics on FB and the blog. There's a video on the blog too - he was screeching every time he swung.
The weather was amazing this weekend, I wish it would hand around longer!!! We watched our niece on Friday night which was fun, she is so pleasant and fun...then I had a babyshower on Saturday and I have to say they are the most boring things in the world
I love baby stuff and all but we sat there for 2 hrs before the mom to be opened gifts and then she was going through them so slowly and showing every little thing.....I love her to death but it was 72 degrees out and 3 hrs is plenty of time for a shower, when you start pushing 4 hrs I'm done, everyone started leaving in the middle of her opening gifts!! Sunday we just lounged around and then went to my parents for dinner.
I'm so not looking forward to this week...I hope it goes fast!! We have Easter break the end of next week and it can't come soon enough

We had a fabulous weekend!
The H cleaned the gutters while Dog and I hung around and chilled in the sunshine. Then Saturday we went to MIL's for dinner and to make molded chocolates.
Sunday we did all of our errands and basked in the sunlight.
I bought Dog a harness and retrackable leash this weekend. Well he isn't use to not having any kind of restriction on him so he's scared out of his mind to go for walks now. When we leave the house he walks as close to me as possible and doesn't leave my side.
What a beautiful weekend it was! Why does Monday have to come so quickly???
Sat I ran some errands and then we had a birthday party to go to which was nice since it was outside.
Sun I had my baby shower and it was very nice. H golfed since it was at the restaurant there and then we hung out at home w/ my family afterwards. I have a busy weekend of organizing ahead of me!!!
We spent the majority of the weekend in the car, but at least it wasn't in the house!
We went and looked at strollers, carseats, and gliders this weekend. Last big choices before we're done our registry. I can't wait. But we did make some fun decisions on the nursery so I'm excited!
I'm hoping the weather picks up for this weekend again...
Hi, all! Today's my first day back to work from my trip. We had an amazing time, and I can't believe how quickly it flew by.
It was really nice coming home to warm and sunny weather. We even got the grill fired up this weekend.. my favorite way to eat!
Our kitchen renovation starts Wed. - demolition and new cabinet delivery. Let the fun begin!
We celebrated 1 year open at the shop this weekend and broke a March sales record. Jack also turned 3 months this weekend. I had to return his Easter outfit and get the next size up. He is a giant.
Also, there are a few stores around our shop available for rent and H and I have been discussing opening a maternity/baby boutique. I cannot stress how annoying it was to have to either order everything online or drive 45+ minutes to get anything pregnancy or baby related. I don't do Walmart, so that was excluded. The problem is I LOVE being at the restaurant and can't see my H running a boutique.
