We really like this one. It has an upgraded kitchen, albeit small, with a Subzero fridge that is faced to match the cabinetry and gorgeous granite countertops. Real hardwood floors downstairs. It has a covered back patio with bench seating built in to a shade wall, lighting and ceiling fans, and a nice patch of grass (a great outdoor room). It has 4 bedrooms. The master is a good size and has a small bay window. The master bath has nice white-framed-mirrored closet doors on both closets and two skylights to let in the natural light.
I wish they would just leave all their lovely furniture and decor! I would move right in.
Our REA got in good with theirs and we found out the highest offer (273) and were able to beat it (275). The comps come in closer to 265, but this home has several great upgrades. It's clear they painted it themselves, but We should hear in the next day or two. Unless someone swooped in with a monster offer, I think we will win!
