Where can I find super cute, but not super expensive invitations?

Check paperstyle and shutterfly. I ordered blank invites from paperstyle and printed ones from shutterfly, am super happy with both. GL!
I recommend Etsy.
A lot of designers put the invite together for you, email you the file and you can print off 10 or 100 either at home or at a printer like Kinko's. Its all for one flat fee of them doing the art work.
