What do you like to serve for lunch?
I have an idea about what to serve a few guests for lunch this week and I wanted some opinions on
the menu. I was thinking about making spinach tortellini soup,
buttermilk cornmeal muffins and/or garlic cheddar biscuits (the red
lobster copycat) and a fruit salad. What do you think? Is that a good
menu? Would you change anything? My guests said that they really don't
want a dessert. What do you like to serve for lunch?

I'd do a sandwich and salad or soup and salad combo with one of the aforementioned bread options.
More options, and if you do one big salad it will be super easy.
