You sexy thing you. :) We better not hang out soon after all, I don't know that Coldstone will handle our combined sexy quotient.

PS- Love the bedding you picked out, Molly's is the Sophie from PBK. :) What are you thinking for wall colors for Natalie?

Re: *Kirsten*

  • Okay, I love how you always call me sexy, or comment on my hotness.  ;)  You're good for my self esteem!  :)  Seriously when we go to SYTYCD, that place won't know what hit it.  Will is going to hunt us down in the stands and samba with us.   ;)

Back to topic ... thanks, we love the bedding too!  I am still tossed up about wall colors ... I'm thinking either a SUPER pale buttery yellow with sage green accents (I'm going to have Doug stencil some of the flower shapes from the bedding) or a SUPER pale pink with sage green accents.  I dunno.  I'm leaning more toward the pink even though I didn't want to do a pink room - but there isn't much pink in the bedding.  We'll see.

So you're going to come see our new place soon, yes?  We need to come up with a plan, I can't wait to be neighbors!!!   :)

  • Yes, I'd love to see your place very soon, just let me know when is convenient for you. :)

I really was happy with the chair rail in Alex's room, so we'll be doing that for both kids again when we move eventually. Molly, I think, because I'm afraid of getting too much pink...I think I'm going to do a really light lavender on the bottom and a sagey-celadony green on the top, since I want to do a gardeny motif on the wall with her. Something not too babyish or too girly, that will grow a little with her. PBK has these great decals for the wall- I figure Beth's brother (if I can get him again) will be busy enough doing another mural for Alex's room when we move!  We'll just have to see.

Have you thought about doing a chair rail or maybe an accent wall? That way you can have a little pink without it being overbearing. I do love the idea of the yellow with sage. Sounds like Bethany's color scheme and Eve's nursery is adorable. (and practical- you can reuse for your next baby!)
