S.FL Fitness/Weight Loss Challenge Come on in!
I'll start this off, but be warned I am not sure what I'm doing so any input/suggestions are more than welcomed.
General Questions:
1. What are your goals?
2. Are you using a program or routine?
3. Is your DH or anyone doing it with you?
4. Post any accomplishments so far or any set backs.

Can I play even though I don't necessarily want to lose weight? I just want to get in better shape and exercise more. Here it goes...
1. What are your goals? I currently exercise 0 times a week. I want to start at least going to yoga twice a week. I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds, but it's not really a goal. I weigh about 125-127 I think.
2. Are you using a program or routine? Yoga! I also walk my dog.
3. Is your DH or anyone doing it with you? No, DH doesn't have time to scratch his butt.
4. Post any accomplishments so far or any set backs. I called the yoga studio by my house and I am finally going to go tomorrow for the first time in YEARS!I want to lose 25 lbs. Hopefully before we conceive, but it's whatever God wants lol.
I am cutting calories, watching my carbs, limiting soda.
No, but somehow when I diet, DH loses weight. Sonotfair.
I've lost about 6 lbs so far!! 2 weeks down!
Yay! Aren't we all excited?!
1. What are your goals? To be 15 lbs lighter than pre-pregnancy. So far, 24 lbs lost, 8 more til pre-preg....so I have 23 lbs left ideally by September when we go to Atlantis.
2. Are you using a program or routine? Back to calorie counting with the Lose It! app for the iPhone.
3. Is your DH or anyone doing it with you? DH is working on his portion sizes, that's about it.
4. Post any accomplishments so far or any set backs. Lost 1 lb this week! But unfortunately, baby hasn't been sleeping or napping, so I'm averaging about 4 hrs sleep a night. I know we both need more.

Ideally I would like to lose 25 pounds but I'd also like to tone up and MUSCLE weighs more than FAT....

My husband bought me the WIFit so i'm going to start that along with walks/jogs.

My husband should join me but he doesn't have time during the week...he does go with me on walks during the weekends, though...

Bread is my enemy...I love bread!)....although I haven't had any cuban toast this week yet..so I guess it's good...
1. What are your goals? Right now my goal is 15 lbs. I have more to lose but I'm starting small.
2. Are you using a program or routine? Wii Fit Plus, Walking with the neighbor, watching my portions, stopped drinking soda.
3. Is your DH or anyone doing it with you? Nope, he needs to, but he does eat what I make for dinner and that is helping that I make healthier meals.
4. Post any accomplishments so far or any set backs. I lost 8lb and have kept it off for 3 months, I need to get back on the wagon I haven't walked in 2 weeks.
1. What are your goals? I would like 1to lose maybe 5to 10 pounds and tone up.
2. Are you using a program or routine? gym, treadmill, workout videos and eating healthy--not so much now that there's guests @ home
3. Is your DH or anyone doing it with you? no, his family is visiting so its too hectic to have a routine.
4. Post any accomplishments so far or any set backs. I woke up early last week to work out in the morning, setbacks is that DH's family is staying with us so I can't wake up early because then everyone else is awake too..
forgot to mention, i will be buying jilian michaels' 30-day shred....i'll let you know how it goes
