  • Oh I'll jump in today.

    Everything.

    I feel rather hopeless today. I've been eating right and?exercising?and the weight will just not come off and it's so?frustrating.?I'm sure most of it has to do with the lurpon but it's still very hard to deal with.

    I've also finally gotten bit by the family mode and want to start a family so badly but....can't. I have 4 more months of treatment and then hopefully there will be no more complications with starting a family but what if there is? It's?frustrating?to be stuck in the middle of so much and not be able to change my situation anymore than I am.

  • I have been waiting for a week to hear if I got this new job internally at my company. I had 5 interviews, which concluded last week. I've gotten all these indications from the hiring manager that I'll get it, but I still haven't heard anything from HR!

    I'm totally not motivated to work on my long-term work projects, but I can't ignore them either! JUST TELL ME ALREADY!!

  • Today is a 1/2 day for the kids, and WOW have they been wild! My last class only had 9 students in 9th grade, and they were SO bad! UGH!

  • I'm with Sept on the exercise/weight loss thing.  I've been going to the gym even more lately and working out harder than before.  I have gone at least 4 times a week and have done outdoor workouts too (jogging).  I've been keeping track of my food intake on sparkpeople and have only gone over my calorie intake once in the last month.  Yet I haven't lost anything.  I've seen a difference in my stamina during workouts as well as feeling better in general but no weight loss.  I do believe that I have lost some inches in certain areas so I guess that's the good part - probably should start measuring that.  Like you Sept, I know my med's have a big part in why I can't lose the weight.  My metabolism is 4 times slower than a normal adult. 

    My BIG whine is my computer.  It crashed completely last summer and I had to reinstall the OS and I lost all my programs.  Same thing happened Monday.  I had to install windows 7 this time to hopefully fix the fact that vista SUCKS!  I have to reinstall all the programs again and the last time this happened my computer was never the same.  Certain programs wouldn't work/run etc.  I hate Dell and will never buy another one.  It's not worth my time.  I was on the phone Monday for 2 hours before they could even start looking at the computer and I told them no because I needed to go to bed and I knew it would take a while.  So they called me back yesterday and I was on the phone with them for 4 hours fixing this problem.  It BETTER be the last time or I'll be demanding a refund!

  • I HATE food show time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super Angry  I had to take a mental break and pop on here.  Our show is Monday, but I have to be in Poughkeepsie on Sunday morning at 9 to begin set-up.  I am in charge of vendor samples and overnight rooms and it is SO stressful!!!  What really sucks is that I know Friday will be crazy and I'll be exhausted, but it is DH's 40th birthday and I'm taking him out to dinner.  I don't want to be tired for it.  Why oh why does this stupid show interupt something big in my life EVERY year?!?!

  • I can't believe I woke up to snow on the ground!

  • we hired a teen to come and walk our dog 2x/week so he gets some undivided attention and exercise (he's too nuts when I try to walk him with L and honestly, I didnt want to walk him in the cold and have to bundle the baby) but he is WAY more wild now that he's getting out...I just dont get it..

    and I'm so over his slobber on everything...*sigh*

  • I would love to get a closing date on the sale of our house next week. It is also annoying because we don't close on our new house until April 9th or somewhere near there so we have to stay at the Residence Inn for awhile which is expensive.
