Restaurant Week thoughts?
I just read this
article on boston.com regarding Restaurant Week and thought it was interesting... some restaurants use it to their benefit and others skimp on the meals. We used to go out for it when we lived in town but haven't since we moved. Anyone agree with the article? Disagree?
Re: Restaurant Week thoughts?
I just finished reading that article too!
I don't go out to eat much anyway, but I did go to Sibling Rivalry last year for restaurant week and I agreed with the review in that article. I thought they were great and had so much variety on their menu. We went in a large group and got to try pretty much everything as a result.
I agree with this article.
My experience with The Beehive for RW was beyond excellent. When I returned with my parents, it was horrid. Comparable to Uno's. So with that said, I think some restaurants do really great with RW to get people to return to pay for the regular meals.
And of course, I am sure some are unimpressive with RW yet otherwise very good, Icarus is one example of this. Unimpressive for RW, but it was my favorite birthday dinner spot otherwise.
