Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have three vouchers on Continental that I needed to check to see if they are still valid.  I have been trying to call all morning, but just get told that they are busy and try the Virtual Assistant on the web site, then get disconnected.  I figured that the Virtual Assistant was like with Apple when you actually are having a virtual conversation with someone. Here was our conversation:

Alex: Hi, I'm Alex, your continental.com Virtual Expert. Let me know how I can help you by typing in your question below.

You Asked: I have three certificate pin numbers and I need to see if they are still valid. I tried calling, but just get told that you all are busy and get hung up on.

Alex: If you have forgotten the PIN number or password for your account, you can request them here. If you're unable to retrieve them through this process, please contact the OnePass Service Center. View Page

 I just got the biggest kick out of her automated response.  Needless to day, I still don't know if my vouchers are valid....
